Alerts to keep you rolling

Over the last year, we changed our Operational Disruption Notifications (ODN) to offer a greater level of transparency and clarity about terminal operations. At Imperial, supply reliability remains a top priority. With this in mind, we are working to minimise terminal disruptions. However, if they do happen, we will notify you as quickly as possible.

These notifications now include information regarding:
  • Lane closures
  • Heavy traffic
  • Possible delays
  • Maintenance
  • Outages for sub-products (such as red-dyed diesel)

Because we are committed to providing timely improvements and workable solutions, we’ve updated our notification system for customers who were experiencing higher-than-normal delays at our terminals. Providing this additional information allows you, our customers, to prepare for delays that could impact your business success.
