Get ready for Customer Terminal Days 2020

Customer Terminal Day

Due to the rapidly changing COVID-19 situation, we continue to evaluate our Customer Terminal Day schedule and may postpone or cancel an event in the interest of employee and customer health and safety.

Like last year’s events in Calgary, Sarnia and Winnipeg, each 2020 Customer Terminal Day is scheduled to include a presentation from the terminal manager, a Q&A session with Imperial senior managers, lunch and a terminal tour. Keep an eye out for an email with more information.
