Driver research

During November Imperial commissioned a market research company to complete 120 driver interviews at our Nanticoke and Finch terminals. The interviews focused on a number of areas including terminal facilities, outage communications and the broader terminal experience.

During the month of December we will be reviewing the feedback provided by the drivers and working to understand better what we can improve to make the experience at our terminals in Canada better for drivers and our valued customers.

We plan to share some of the insights and planned next steps emerging from the research at the scheduled 2019 customer terminal days.
